The Chainsmokers have unveiled the music video for their recent single "Don't Let Me Down" featuring Daya.

The video is a simple treatment of the pair riding in a vintage low rider when they come across Daya and her crew of dancers and things take an interesting turn.

Shot outside of Los Angeles, the pair are seen driving along a scenic road in a forest as Drew Taggart listens to music on some product placement headphones (why are you listening to music in a car with headphones on Drew?). They make a turn when Daya and her crew appear in the middle of the road.

They start a dance off in the middle of the road as Alex & Drew sit rather unperturbed by the whole scene. Things start to get interesting as the dancing heats up and it impacts the low rider, which begins to show off some extra bouncy hydraulics. Again the DJ pair do not seem too annoyed at the fact that their car is bouncing up and down several feet in the air.

Only at the very end do they get bounced out of the car and are stuck in the air. Daya apparently won't let them down as they levitate in the air.

Marcus Kuhne directed the video.

"Don't Let Me Down" is the follow up to The Chainsmokers' hit "Roses," which just went double platinum in the United States. "Don't Let Me Down" has already gone platinum on Norway and gold in another five countries. It is in the top 10 of various Shazam and Spotify charts and has been streamed over 122 million times, with more to come now that an official video is available.
