Jessica Simpson married retired NFL player Eric Johnson over the weekend at San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, California. Now she has shared her first wedding photo with People.
Speaking to People about the July 5 nuptials, the couple said it was "the happiest moment of our lives."
Simpson's hair stylist Roque Jimenez spoke of her bridal look, describing it as "sexy, easy and ethereal. Nothing too contrived."
Simpson, who turns 34 on July 10, wore a custom Caroline Herrera gown and veil as well as Neil Lane diamond earrings from her longtime friend and stylist Nicole Chavez.
"It was a labor of love," Chavez told People of putting together the bridal look.
Simpson and Johnson began dating in 2010. They have a two-year-old daughter, Maxwell, who walked down the aisle as a flower girl, and a one-year-old son, Ace, who served as a ring bearer.
This is the second marriage for Simpson who was previously married to Nick Lachey of 98 Degrees fame. The two starred together in the reality television series Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica. Lachey remarried in 2011 to Vanessa Minnillo. It is also the second marriage for 34-year-old Johnson.
"The whole weekend was magical for us," Simpson told People. "We feel complete."
