Coldplay is continuing their run of shows in support of their 2015 album A Head Full Of Dreams into 2017. The "Hymn For The Weekend" band have announced a new batch of North American Stadium tour dates for the summer of 2017.

The band will kick off the tour in the New York City area at Metlife Stadium, a spot where they hit earlier this summer. Over the remainder of August they will play gigs in Montreal, Chicago, Washington, Kansas City and elsewhere. The tour will pick back up at the end of September and run through the first week of October. They will play Seattle, Vancouver, Portland, San Francisco and end in San Diego on Oct. 8 during that time.

They have been touring extensively across the globe in 2016 and it appears will continue that stretch into 2017.

Tickets go on sale Saturday, Oct. 15 at 10 a.m. There is one exception in the Miami gig, which goes on sale Oct. 21. Citi card members can pick up tickets early starting on Monday, Oct. 10. Tickets can be found on Live Nation's website.
