Say what you will about Justin Bieber's antics. From peeing in a bucket to spitting on fans to getting in nightclub brawls, the 19-year-old "Baby" star seems to work just as hard as he plays.
Yesterday, the Biebz posted a photo to his Instagram with the simple caption of "no offdays." The image shows recording equipment, making it appear that when Bieber is not performing on his Believe tour, he's working on new music.
Is the new music his highly anticipated new single "Heartbreaker," though? After weeks of teasing and news about the new song, the singer and his camp have been notably quiet about the track since July 19, when Bieber posted an Instagram video of himself singing a few lines to the song a capella.
For a while in mid-July, it seemed as though the release of "Heartbreaker" was imminent. Bieber was regularly tweeting about tweaking the song in studio and his manager Scooter Braun was revealing that the song would quell bad rumors. In addition to the lyrics sample and melody from the Instagram clip, the backing track for "Heartbreaker" was used in a commercial for Justin Bieber's third fragrance "The Key."
However, in almost three weeks, the only new release from Bieber is his The Key app, which is really just a commercial for his perfume and music.
Of course, that doesn't mean Bieber and Braun won't just spring the new single on Bieber's rabid fan base. The duo have teased that it will be released in an unusual manner.
