Today is the day that fans around the world have been patiently waiting on for quite some time. Today is the glorious day that Calvin Harris' fifth studio album 'Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1' is finally out! And even though you probably can't wait any longer, let's take some time to discuss the massive amounts of things that he has done so far in this year.

So to start, let's go way back to January. To kick of the year, he took to social media to announce that he had a bunch of new music ready to go this year. So obviously as soon as he announced that, the rumors started to instantly fly around the internet regarding Calvin working on a new album.

So after some time after the initial announcement, Calvin took to social media to tease fans with hints and snippets of some of the upcoming music that he was busy working on. Now although no news for an album was announced yet, Calvin Harris released "Slide" with Frank Ocean and Migos.

Naturally, "Slide" was an absolutely massive success. So some time after releasing "Slide," Calvin decided that it was time to tease another epic tune. And he did just that by linking up with Young Thug, Pharrell & Ariana Grande on “Heatstroke.”

And then the moment fans were eagerly hoping for finally happened. Calvin Harris officially announced his upcoming album ‘Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1.' And besides the two tunes with Frank Ocean, Migos, Young Thug, Pharrell & Ariana Grande, he also shared that the upcoming album would also feature Katy Perry, Snoop Dogg, D.R.A.M., Nicki Minaj, Lil Yachty, Jessie Reyez, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Travis Scott, Kehlani, Future, John Legend, Khalid and Schoolboy Q!

Shortly after the massive announcement, Calvin released "Rollin" featuring Future and Khalid. And then earlier this month, he released "Feels" with Pharrell Williams, Katy Perry & Big Sean. And now finally, the real moment everyone has been waiting for - 'Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1' is finally out now with features on features on features!
