Rumors suggest that Guns N' Roses received $6.5 million for their performance at Download Festival. The music event took place the Donington Park in Leicestershire, England earlier this year.

One publication claimed that Andy Copping, the festival organizer, shelled out the huge sum of money for the band. Guns N' Roses reportedly arrived at the festival venue early, and the members of the group immediately left on a helicopter after their performance.

Guns N' Roses Outrageous Demands

A source also claimed that the members of Guns N' Roses have outrageous demands whenever they perform at festivals. For instance, the members request for Hershey bars and extra cheese on their pizzas. However, this is nothing compared to Axl Rose's alleged request for a porcelain toilet seat.

At least one publication came to Rose and Guns N' Roses's defense over their requests.

"But porcelain, of course, is just what regular toilets are made of. It's unclear whether these guys are being willfully obtuse, or if they really think porcelain is fancy, but it's not. It's not platinum, or gold, or even marble. It's toilet material," Spin wrote.

Other than the rumors surrounding Guns N' Roses's payout at the Download Festival, reports state that the band's "Not In This Lifetime" tour is ranked as the fourth highest-grossing tour of all time. The series of shows, which kicked off in April 2016, has garnered over $475 million in gross sales. The final show from the tour was held on Nov. 29, 2017, in Los Angeles.
