We're thrilled to partner with Jimmy Humilde and his incredible team of executives and amazing artists, including rising superstar Natanael Cano." said Founder and CEO of Republic Records, Monte Lipman.

Natanael Cano, an artist to watch

Named one of Billboard Magazine's 2020 Artists to Watch, the 19-year-old's Trap Tumbado affirms him as a pioneer of Mexico's burgeoning trap movement. From the swaggering guitars and fierce rhymes of "La Reina" [feat. Rene] to the woozy piano-driven introspection of "Lean" [feat. JhonnyX], he swerves between regional Mexican flare, 808 pops, and airtight bars. Among many highlights, the singer songwriter joins forces with chart-topping multiplatinum New York hip-hop star Lil Tecca on the standout "Dime Pa Que.Be on the lookout for the music video soon.

"When we were first approached by Republic, I can't deny the level of excitement I felt. I respect Monte and his team, and I knew they were the perfect partner for us to release the first trap album by a Mexican American label" said Founder and CEO of Rancho Humilde, Jimmy Humilde.
