Ricardo Arjona recently put out a preview for the music video of his single "Lo Poco Que Tengo" (the little that I have). The song appears on his newest album, Viaje, and the full video will be available August 5. Arjona is a well-respected musician and has been a staple of the Latin music scene for 25 years. He has earned numerous prestigious awards and nominations at the Grammy Awards, the Latin Grammy Awards and the Billboard Latin Music Awards. Arjona also boasts an impressive amount of chart-topping hits.

Released on April 29, Viaje is Arjona's 14th studio album. It encapsulates his typical style of poetic, emotive and melodic songwriting, which is intensified by the fact that this is the first release after his mother's death in January 2013. This low point in Arjona's life prompted him to travel, which became the inspiration for the album. Although primarily classified as a Latin pop artist, Arjona has been an established protest singer since his career began. Perhaps the most controversial example of this is "Jesus Verbo No Sustantivo." He is also known for eclectic deviations toward other styles like rock and Cuban music.

"Lo Poco Que Tengo" is an introspective track that urges its listeners to live for the simple pleasures and to celebrate life. It "is a song that talks about the simplicities in life and about things that are worth it," said Arjona.

From what can be seen in the two-minute preview, the video is certainly an extension of the ideas in "Lo Poco Que Tengo." It was filmed on Roatan Island, and is full of scenes showing Arjona smiling and strumming on his ukulele. For the full effect, watch the video preview below and leave your thoughts in the comments.
