Last weekend, Chris Evans accidentally leaked photos that are considered NSFW, and the internet went wild.

In his Instagram story uploaded last Saturday, he showed himself and his brother Scott playing the game Heads Up. Things were going well until near the end of the video. Before the clip ended, the screen recording allowed fans to catch a glimpse of the actor's camera roll.

In the private gallery is photos that are deemed explicit, including a meme of himself with the caption "Guard the P**sy." The Captain America actor acted fast and deleted the story. However, some fans were able to get screenshots of the NSFW photos. For this reason, the name Chris Evans was trending all over social media not long after.

Because of the heat, Evans was off social media for a couple of days. The actor broke the silence when he tweeted a light-hearted PSA in the same manner as fellow MCU actor Paul Rudd did:

"Now that I have your attention, VOTE Nov 3rd!!!"

He included emojis that perfectly expressed his awkward situation - a facepalm, a shrug, and a dotdotdot. It was the perfect opportunity for Captain America to bring attention to a more critical issue: the future of America as a country. He encouraged everyone to have their voices heard this upcoming presidential election.

The leak also revealed how well the fandom handled the actor's embarrassing reveal. Instead of spreading the leaked photos in question, fans showed support by posting wholesome pics and memes of the actor or the characters he portrayed. Hopefully, this indicates that everyone has matured when it comes to these types of mishaps.

Leaked photos of celebrities, especially women, usually do not go well back then. Photos of Vanessa Hudgens or Kim Kardashian spread like wildfire to the point that even Hudgens had to apologize for them.
