Money may not buy you happiness, but it can sure spot you one hell of a wedding.

Kaily Smith and Adam Westbrook celebrated their nuptials on Saturday with a $5 million event at St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort in Dana Point, Calif., that included a massive Ferris wheel and private performances by Usher and Stevie Wonder.

TMZ reports that the bride's father, Mike Smith, footed the bill.

In the late hours, party-goers had to listen to the musical acts with headphones due to an area noise curfew. That was likely after the happy couple performed onstage with Usher, as seen in this photo on TMZ.

Wonder flew into the resort from Washington, D.C., according to Billboard. Twenty-four hours prior, he had been performing with Katy Perry at a White House celebration in honor of the Special Olympics.

No word on what Usher was up to before the party, but he's coming off a successful 15th anniversary celebration for his New Look Foundation, a program he founded "before the peak of his fame, to help underprivileged youth develop skills to become leaders," according to an AP release.

"To be prepared for life is obviously more important," he told the crowd Thursday. "To graduate, to establish a talent and focus is far more important than anything because it can take you anywhere."

The fundraiser brought in stars such as Ludacris, Josh Kaufman and Sugar Ray Leonard, and one young woman was honored with the Youth Achievement Award.

"Being around people that have achieved so much in their life is just amazing," Jasmine Pollard said. "And I give a big thank-you to New Look for allowing me to be in the presence of people like that."
