After returning to music, Barbz are alive more than ever at the Queen of Rap's back-to-back revelations.

After dropping her much-anticipated collaboration with Lil Baby, Nicki Minaj's "Do We Have A Problem?" amassed almost 2.5 million views on Youtube, not more than 24 hours after it was released.

The Queen of Rap seemed to be on a roll with no intentions to pause as she had already prepared for next week.

Nicki Minaj sent her most loyal fans into a frenzy after dropping a quick verse of her new single "Bussin" at the end of the action-packed music video.

In her Instagram live, the "Super Bass" hitmaker confirmed her sequel collaboration with Lil Baby "Bussin" will be released "next pink friday".

She later confirmed it again on Twitter when asked by a fan, saying that "Bussin" will drop on February 11, 2022.

Currently, "Do We Have A Problem" is No. 1 at Itunes in over 32 countries, including the United States, France, Israel, Brazil, and Trinidad and Tobago, Nicki Minaj's home country.

Aside from promoting the success of Nicki and Lil Baby's collab, the Queen of Rap has also graced The Late Late Show With James Corden.

New album soon?

In her guesting, Nicki Minaj did not waste any time to solidify her return to the music scene as she dropped a big revelation on her following plans on her music career.

When James asked if there was an album underway, Nicki did not hesitate even a little bit by responding a big "Yes".

As to how soon it will be, Minaj shocked Corden even more, saying that it would be released "soon, lot sooner than it has ever been".

Coming this year, the 39-year old hitmaker confirmed that the album would be out before the Summer of 2022.

New alter ego?

With a new album underway, fans are also speculating which Nicki Minaj's alter ego would dominate the rapper's fifth album.

Considered as "one of the most musically versatile female artists of all time", Nicki Minaj is also an expert in switching her persona throughout her music, an artistic style that is very distinctive of her.

On the same Instagram Live, Nicki also addressed questions about rolling out a new alter ego for the forthcoming album.

But after she vocally thought about her previous personalities like Harajuku Barbie, Chun-Li, Roman Zolanski, and Queen Sleeze, Minaj seemed to be still "thinking about it", unsure whether she would use her previous ones or introduce a new character.
