Travis Scott is still undergoing a legal battle with the tragedy in last year's Astroworld music festival, but a new lawsuit has been filed against him after allegedly causing a stampede at a concert years ago.

According to Rolling Stone, the rapper is being sued after a stampede took place at the Rolling Loud festival in Miami, Florida, in 2019.

The amended complaint was filed last week by a woman named Marchelle Love. She also filed on behalf of a minor child and a guardian who chose to identify as "U.M."

According to the legal documents obtained by the outlet, the "Highest in the Room" hitmaker was instructed by authorities to end his show shortly after it started as the crowd was "becoming dangerous and uncontrollable."

Although the rapper stopped performing, Love alleged that he continued encouraging fans to "verbally and physically incite the crowd to engage in a mosh pit and other hazardous activities."

His hype caused other concertgoers to panic, which resulted in "multiple stampedes."

The complainant added that Scott continued his performance while authorities were rendering aid to injured fans, and he was aware that people were getting injured, suffocated, fighting, and losing consciousness.

Love alleged that she suffered from severe injuries that are "permanent in nature," including disability, loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life, hospitalization, loss of earnings, and more.

Aside from the rapper, the lawsuit also names Sequel Tour Soultions, LLC and SLS Consulting, LLC as defendants.

The complainant seeks a jury trial and damages that could go up to $30,000 along with the taxable cause and other relief.

Travis Scott has not publicly commented on the matter as of this writing. A jury trial date has also not been announced yet.

The latest lawsuit comes a few days after a new filing reveals that over 4,900 people claimed they suffered severe injuries at Astroworld Festival.

The famed music event was held in Houston, Texas, last November.

A woman reportedly suffered a miscarriage due to the tragedy, thousands were injured, and at least ten people were killed.

Astroworld was dubbed as one of the deadliest concert disasters in history. All of the victims who died suffered from "compression asphyxia."

Scott has since then denied that he's responsible for the mishap.
