PinkPhantheress Health Status: Singer Pulls Out of Primavera Festival Because of THIS

PinkPantherress is among the artists who are pulling out of the lineup for the highly-anticipated Primavera Sound Music Festival in Barcelona, Spain.

The TikTok star has released an official statement, thru the Music festival, about the reason for her sudden cancellation of the performance.

Festivalgoers stormed the organizers after complaints of poor organization, overcrowding, and long queues.

PinkPantherress Health Status Revealed After Pulling Out From Primavera Festival

In a statement that was released earlier today, Primavera Sound Music Festival announced that PinkPantherress has canceled her performance today, prompting health reasons as the cause.

"Under doctors orders, I will not be able to perform at Primavera this weekend due to hearing difficulties. I and my team want to express regret and apologies in the tough decision of pulling out, it comes after efforts made to amend any health issues in time didn't prevail," the artist said in a statement.

Per Pink, she was "so looking forward" to the performance to her new and or existing audience. Hoping to be back on stage as soon as possible in time for summer, the bedroom pop singer needs all the time to heal.

Because of this cancellation, Primavera Sound has rescheduled the first two concerts on the Cupra Stage - Tarquim was bumped off to 17:50 while Marina Herlop at 19:46.

Aside from PinkPantheress, there had also been other artists who pulled out of the festival because of health reasons. (via NME)

The Strokes pulled out last week on the festival's first weekend after a member of the band tested positive. Tame Impala took over for the band and covered "Last Nite."

Jack Antonoff's Bleachers has also pulled out on the second weekend of the festival, along with their rescheduled UK shows, citing COVID-19 as the reason.

Holly Humberstone and Clairo have also reportedly exited the lineup because of reasons unknown to the public.

But despite the pulled-out acts, Mura Masa, Hurray For The Riff Raff, Ferran Palau, and Chet Faker will be replacing them, as per the festival.

Primavera Sound Barcelona organizers were hit out with criticisms on their opening day as festivalgoers complained about long queues, lack of access to water despite high temperatures, and overcrowded venues.

Apologizing for the fiasco, organizers of the festival affirmed that they are working "tirelessly" to solve the problems that have emerged.
