Sad news for die-hard rock fans, multiple bands withdrew from the Aftershock Festival, but don't you worry because the show must go on as the event has finally announced their replacements.

According to Loudwire, the festival will be from October 6 to 9 at Discovery Park in Sacramento.

Initially, Judas Priest, Jinjer, Bullet For My Valentine, Nita Strauss, and If I Die First were part of the original lineup but had to withdraw because of unknown reasons.

Their replacements are listed below:

  • Danzig
  • Joey Valence & Brae
  • Set It Off
  • Prong
  • In Flames

Foo Fighters will also not perform, but Muse is taking over their set on October 9 as headliners.

The legendary band canceled all their festival performances and tour dates after drummer Taylor Hawkins passed away a few months ago.

In a statement, Muse's Matt Bellamy said, "It's been too long and we can't wait to come back to Northern California and headline Aftershock on Sunday, Oct. 9 in Sacramento."

As of this writing, the bands who canceled their appearances have not revealed the reason why they won't be pushing through with their sets.

Other anticipated acts include Evanescence, Slipknot, Rob Zombie, KISS, Danzig, Lamb of God, Papa Roach, My Chemical Romance, Shinedown, Bring Me the Horizon, Architects, and many more.

One of the performers, Amy Lee of Evanescence, said in a statement that they are stoked to play at the festival along with other iconic acts.

According to Danny Wimmer Presents' official website, the event is one of the country's "most anticipated hard rock events."

Last year's show brought a whopping $30 million to the local economy as 75% of the concertgoers traveled from outside the region.

Passes for the event start at $359.99 (Weekend General Admission), and Weekend VIP passes cost around $699.99.

Fans who only wish to attend one day can purchase their single-day pass for $119.99 (General Admission) or $269.99 (VIP). Tickets are available for purchase here.

Since Discovery Park doesn't have an onsite parking lot, everyone who purchased passes will receive their "Park & Ride" shuttle program to take them to the venue.

Food and beverages will also be available at the venue curated by Sothern Hospitality Concessions LLC.
