The world was taken aback after news about Ricky Martin's alleged sexual behavior was exposed online.

But what is more shocking about the news is the identity of the accuser - which turned out to be his own 21-year-old nephew, Dennis Yadiel Sanchez.

Sanchez and Martin's names stirred headlines since last night's huge exposé. Now, experts weigh in that the pop star might be facing a long time in prison should he be proven guilty.

Ricky Martin Incest and Sexual Abuse Allegations On Nephew

Last night, news about Ricky Martin's alleged incest and sexual abuse of his nephew was brought to light.

Weeks ago, Martin was hit with a Domestic Violence restraining order in Puerto Rico; the accuser at the time decided to remain anonymous.

It was only now that the accuser finally revealed himself, who turned out to be a nephew of the Latin popstar.

The 50-year-old singer's brother, Eric Martin, revealed recently that it was Dennis Yadiel Sanchez, their 21-year-old nephew, who filed the DV case weeks ago. (via Marca)

Sanchez claimed at the time that he was subjected to physical and psychological abuse for the duration of his seven-month relationship with Ricky Martin.

After finally trying to end it this year, Martin refused to accept the split and allegedly continued to harass him in the months to come.

"The petitioner fears for his safety... the petitioning party demonstrated that there is a substantial possibility of immediate risk of abuse," the Domestic Violence complaint reads.
