For Labor Day Weekend, Fredo Bang performed at The Mansion Cabaret in Fayetteville, North Carolina. A harmless gig turned into a messy altercation after a fan allegedly yelled "NBA," "4KT," and "BBG for life" during the "Top" rapper's performance.

However, reports also noted that it is currently unconfirmed whether the Baton Rouge-born rapper heard the fan yelling.

The unknown man is allegedly a YoungBoy Never Broke Again fan. According to reports, "NBA" refers to NBA YoungBoy, while "4KT" refers to YoungBoy's song "4KT Baby," and it stands for 4K Trey Gang, and BBG stands for Bottom Boy Gorilla Gang, a gang from Baton Rouge.

A video of the fight was uploaded on Instagram by user @yahfavgall. It shows Bang throwing a punch at the unknown man, before he was pulled away by his team.

The rest of the team, however, was quick to get back at the unknown man. Security reportedly joined the fight. The entire video lasted about only 16 seconds.

The same video was then uploaded on Twitter. Some users noted that the unknown man was "jumped," and was outnumbered by Bang's crew, while some defended the "Top" rapper. "Why Fredo didn't bang one on one? You need the whole crew for one person?" Wrote a user. "It's not even abt jumping... They [are] his bodyguards [and] they do the dirty work he ain't gotta move," another user replied. "Fans need to stay in a fan's place," another commented.

Several reposts of the video have popped up since the incident, and the comments from both fans and spectators have poured in.

"Boy just trynna get clout from all [this," an Instagram user commented on one of the reposts.

"These YB fans need to sit [their] a*s down somewhere," wrote another.

The Response?

The unknown man reportedly managed to escape the scuffle without injury, save for his bruised ego perhaps.

According to XXL Magazine, the unidentified man went on Instagram to share his side of the story.

He captioned his post with "You can see Fredo was scared to jump in [a] swing that soft ass puch[.] [L]mfaoo[.] Look at them[.] [H]ow y'all jump me like that then run[?] [W]tf[?]"

Bang, born Fredrick Dewon Thomas Givens II, rose to prominence with his single "Oouuh," released in 2018. Other songs he has released that have gained recognition are "Top," "Father," "Trust Issues," and "Oouuh."

In April of 2020, he finally released his debut studio album "Most Hated." His following project, "In the Name of Gee," was released in September, and peaked at 40 on Billboard 200.
