Luke Bell's autopsy has been released a month after he was found dead.

Bell first went missing before he was found dead on August 26. His body underwent an autopsy to determine his cause of death.

Nearly a month after the country singer passed, the Pima County Medical Examiner's office released the official report (obtained by ABC 9 KGUN Tucson), revealing that he died of an accidental fentanyl overdose.

It added that the scene where a passerby saw him had the drug paraphernalia that supported the autopsy result.

Meanwhile, The US Sun added that the 32-year-old had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.076 in his system. He reportedly also suffered arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease at the time of his death.

According to Johns Hopkins Medicine, atherosclerosis occurs when a thickening or hardening of arteries occurs after a plaque develops in the artery's inner lining.

Luke Bell's Mental Health Issue

Aside from the aforesaid issues, it was revealed that the singer also suffered from bipolar disorder.

"Each day is different and presents new challenges. The trouble with bipolar is not knowing which personality is going to show up for the day," he wrote in July, per Billboard.

Saving Country Music disclosed that his "mental state took a turn for the worse" over recent months. It reportedly progressed after his father died in 2015.

His manager, Brian Buchanan, shared a similar sentiment, saying that Bell remained the sweetest and most generous guy despite the mental health issue. He then divulged it was not the first time he had gone missing.

Bell's friend, Matt Kinman, said that he visited Arizona with the singer on August 10. He reportedly saw him for the last time when he went down the truck to buy some for them.

Bell left his family heartbroken, especially since they tried saving him and helping him ease the pain he was feeling.

Unfortunately, he was found lifeless last month near the place he was last seen.

Following the new development, Bell received heartfelt messages from his fans and colleagues. Although nearly a month already passed, they still could not accept his death.

Bell left heartfelt songs to his fans through his albums "Luke Bell" and "Don't Mind If I Do."
