Since they planned their comeback and newest album, Blue is "still learning" how to negotiate the new music industry. Is the band worried about the success of their new album in this new terrain?

The boy band - comprised of Duncan James, 44, Simon Webbe, 43, Antony Costa, 41, and Lee Ryan, 39, - dominated the charts in the early 2000s with hits such as "All Rise" and "One Love."

They have now returned to music with their new album "Heart and Soul," and Duncan explained that while he is "happy" to have had the experiences of CDs, record store signings, and TV appearances, Duncan said that the the industry is significantly different now than it was in the past.

Social media completely transforms everything, he shared. But he is really glad that we got the experiences that they did, such as appearing on TV series like "Top of the Pops," "CD:UK, and "SM:TV."

He added that he is delighted they hadWoolworths and other store signings that helped them rise to the top. This new environment is significantly different from what they were accustomed to, but they must adapt in order to be relevant. They simply want the album's music to speak for itself; they are all really proud of it, he explained.

Antony, however, stated that he "doesn't comprehend" the concept of streaming music on services such as Spotify and Apple Music due to the disparity between the stats and CD sales.

In the joint interview, he told BANG Showbiz that simply put, time has passed by. He said they are still learning, and so as he, personally. He understands why streaming exists, but if he buys a song on a stream, he assumes that he has helped and supported the artist, yet one actually has to play it 10,000 times for it to be considered a single sale. He doesn't get it, he shared. It is no longer the case that purchasing a CD in a record store counts as one transaction. He is still trying to wrap his head around it, and it continues to confound him, he emphasized.

Blue's new album, "Heart and Soul," is now available, and they will tour the United Kingdom in December.
