Many fans were surprised last week when news of Drake and 21 Savage's collaborative album made rounds online and apparently, many artists were threatened as they decided to push back their release date to not compete with the duo including A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie.

The collaborative project was supposed to drop last week, but the pair had already rescheduled their release date after Noah "40" Shebib tested positive for COVID-19.

Now that they pushed back the original release date, the album, titled "Her Loss," will be available for purchase and streaming starting November 4.

Recently, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie expressed his feelings after finding out that Drake and 21 Savage will now drop the same day of his album's release.

It appears that he doesn't want to compete with the two as he shared in his Instagram stories, "Sorry but album dropping in December now, Drake was dropping the same day and I'm not with that." (via Uproxx)

According to TMZ, the rapper's record, titled "Me vs. Myself," will now be released on December 9.

He gave fans a taste of his upcoming project by previously releasing singles like "B.R.O." with Roddy Ricch and "24 Hours" featuring Lil Durk.

Hip Hop DX reported that Boogie hopes to top the Billboard 200 for the second time as long as he doesn't have any competition getting the way of him.

Drake, 21 Savage's New Album Out This Week

Taking to his official Instagram account, Drake shocked fans by announcing that his album would be delayed for a week after Noah "40" Shebib contracted COVID-19.

The reason why they delayed the album was Shebib is responsible for mixing and mastering the album and he needed to rest.

"Our brother @ovo40 got Covid while mixing and mastering the crack so he's resting up and NOVEMBER 4th is HER LOSS day we'll see you soon," the rapper wrote along with a smiling devil and wilted rose emoji.

Drake and 21 Savage have yet to reveal the official tracklist of their collaborative project but they previously worked together on songs like "Jimmy Cooks" from the album "Honestly, Nevermind," "Knife Talk," from Certified Lover Boy," "Mr. Right Now" from 21," and many more.

The Canadian hip-hop artist has been supportive of his good pal as he joined him on stage at his homecoming concert in Morehouse-Spelman.
