According to a source close to the Angels Like You singer, she has "just had enough of her father" and has completely cut him out of her life.
Before this summer, Miley and Billy Ray's relationship was already strained. Since then, they haven't spoken, the insider reported.
Miley informed him she always believed he was attempting to profit from her popularity, ever when she portrayed Hannah Montana on television. She believes Tish protected her, the person added.
