It appears that Naomi Judd's daughters are facing yet another court struggle.

Wynonna and Ashley Judd were recently accused of violating a court order that required them to produce papers as part of their struggle to keep their mother's death details private.

Naomi Judd, 76, died on April 30 at her Tennessee home from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The Judds sisters, who want the files related to their mother's murder sealed, say the documents are "private, very sensitive, and do nothing more than re-open the raw wounds of Naomi Judd's death."

The defendants, which includes the local sheriff and several local journalists, on the other side, insisted that the files be made public since they contained public documents.

The 911 calls made by Ashley, who was present at the scene when Naomi committed suicide, the body camera footage from the scene, pictures of the note Naomi left for her family, text exchanges between Ashley and the family psychologist, and a few pictures of guns on their property are all included in the file that the family wishes to remain sealed.

The local sheriff and media argued that the documents were public and should be made available.

The present court case has been acrimonious.

According to court records acquired by Radar Online, the journalists now allege that the whole Judd family disobeyed the court's decision and timeline in the case.

They also believe that the Judd family ignored their requests for files and facts by a certain date.

The journalists also claimed that the Judd family's desire to keep these documents and details private is a publicity stunt, noting that Ashley participated in several interviews where she discussed Naomi Judd's death, which is one of the reasons they believe the sealed details should be made public.

They even demanded a list of all the witnesses the Judd family planned to call during the trial, as well as a list of everyone they had communicated with concerning Naomi, including publicists.

The journalist's attorney also demanded restitution from the family for the expense of filing the request.

Meanwhile, Wynonna and Ashley Judd both stated that they had no objections to some of the demands and that they have never ignored a court order.

The legal proceedings are still underway.
