The late pop sensation Aaron Carter's fiancee said that she sent him something that could have contributed to his decline and ultimately terrible end.

In an interview with The Sun, Melanie Martin said that the "I'm All About You" singer had maintained sobriety for the most of their on-and-off relationship until evil individuals from his past started hanging out with him once more.

The 35-year-old mother had long feared that Aaron was being provided narcotics covertly, but she said that he had just recently relapsed into his "huffing" habit before his terrible death.

Aaron Carter was discovered dead in the bathtub of his Lancaster, California, home on November 5, 2022. When a housekeeper discovered him there, she dialed 911.

As of writing, the official cause of death is still unknown, pending toxicology results.

Authorities did discover prescription medication and compressed air cans inside the home, though.

In a September interview, Aaron Carter claimed he had never used street drugs despite being upfront about his addictions and even saying he once had 100 seizures due to huffing.

Kitchen or office supplies can be "huffed" or "sniffed," while "dusting" refers to inhaling a particular brand of dust cleaner.

Just a few days before he passed away, Melanie Martin and Aaron Carter split up once more, and his son's mother kicked her out of the house.

She was staying with her family during the time, but she was worried after receiving Livestream video of the "Crush On You" singer that appeared to be inebriated.

Melanie notified the police right afterwards, but they just came to check on him sometimes for welfare reasons, she said. Aaron wasn't deemed to be ill enough to warrant a 5150 psychiatric detention, either.

Between Halloween and the days before his death, according to texts acquired by The Sun, Melanie and Aaron appeared to be fighting back and forth as she implored him to seek addiction treatment.

In fact, one of the last texts Melanie gave him mentioned Mac Miller's past drug usage and overdoses.

In the text, she said, "This is what happens when people do what you're doing."

"It can happen to anyone. I've been doing my research."

Melanie, on the other hand, was only left on read and never answered.

Mac Miller, who was honest about his drug usage, passed away in September 2018 after an accidental overdose of cocaine, fentanyl, and alcohol. Only 26 years old, he.

She also included a photo of a drug user to demonstrate the harm that aerosol can inhalation may do to a person's face.

Melanie further told the father of their child, "If you wanna live another day, just call me back, and I'm going to help you right away. I will take you to the hospital," before realizing she should've just gone to Aaron's home.

Though she made the decision to leave him, she had a plan to visit his home the next day.
