People think that Céline Dion is one of the best singers of our time. They are not wrong. In fact, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, and Céline Dion have been called the "Vocal Trinity" by fans. But Rolling Stone seems not to agree.

Instead. in a list of 200 Greatest Singers of All Time, supporters of Celine Dion cannot believe she's excluded while the likes of Ariana Grande and Billie Eilish are included. Naturally, some really violent reactions can be read on Twitter.

It's not surprising that a lot of people were upset when Rolling Stone updated its list of the 200 best singers of all time and left Céline Dion off. Mhm, the "All By Myself" singer wasn't on the list at all, which caused some (well-deserved) anger.

On Twitter, Dion fans were quick to say they didn't like the questionable choice.

"This is BS. A great singer has a voice that breaks language barriers and is recognized across the globe. You left out Céline Dion. She is one of the most recognized singers on the globe you just chose not to recognize her," one user tweeted out.

In its defense, Rolling Stone said that this is a list of best singers and not best voices. "Talent is impressive; genius is transcendent. Sure, many of the people here were born with massive pipes, perfect pitch, and boundless range. Others have rougher, stranger, or more delicate instruments," Rolling Stone wrote.

It's not clear what Rolling Stone is suggesting though with that. It also said that In every case, what mattered most to it was how unique and influential an artist was, as well as how deep and wide their musical legacy was."

But this still does not mean Celine Dion should be out of the list, right?

The anger by some supporters naturally went to those younger ones who made the list, especially Grande because they did not believe they should be on it when they have only been performing for such a relatively shorter time than Celine Dion and other veterans.
