Graceland, Elvis Presley's enormous estate, is one of the most well-known properties in the whole world.

It was built on 120 acres of land.

All of it carries on the same heritage as the King of Rock 'n' Roll. Many of its admirers choose to get married there after traveling great distances to witness it.

After Elvis Presley passed away, his only child Lisa Marie Presley became the sole owner of the Memphis mansion her father had bought in 1957 for $100,000.

The singer's residence was made accessible to visitors in 1977, barely five years after his terrible demise. But because the Presley family would congregate there on important occasions, it remained a family home.

But who will inherit Graceland once Lisa Marie passes away on January 12, 2023, at the young age of 54, is still up for debate.

The problematic singer received a $100 million bequest from Elvis on her 25th birthday in 1993. She wasted the money, and by 2016, she was $16 million in debt.

In 2016, as part of their divorce, her fourth husband, Michael Lockwood, failed his attempt to have their prenup annulled. But when the matter was reopened in 2021, he insisted Lisa Marie pay him the $4,600 per month in child support that the judge had mandated.

The matter had not been resolved at the time of Lisa Marie's passing.

After originally inheriting Graceland jointly with her grandfather Vernon and great-grandmother Minnie Mae, who passed away in 1979 and 1980, respectively, Lisa Marie Presley eventually became the sole heir.

However, it is now anticipated, per the UK Mirror, that Lisa Marie's three surviving children, Riley Keough, 33, and twins Harper Vivienne and Finley, 14, would inherit Graceland.

Benjamin, her lone child, committed suicide in July 2020. He was just 27.
