Harry Styles was confirmed to be performing at the upcoming 2023 Grammy Awards. The announcement came days after he was also revealed to be a performer at the 2023 BRIT Awards.

Styles has been nominated for six Grammy Awards this year. His smash album, "Harry's House," was nominated for Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album. His lead single, "As It Was," was also nominated for four awards - Album Of The Year, Song of the Year, Record of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance, and Best Music Video. This is the first time that he has been nominated for the Big Four Categories.

In the past, Styles has only been nominated for Best Pop Solo Performance, which he won for "Watermelon Sugar," Best Pop Vocal Album for "Fine Line," and Best Music Video for "Adore You."

Hits Daily Double sources revealed that Styles has been "deserving" to win Album of the Year. However, because of the "overwhelming politics" of the Recording Academy and the Grammys, it seemed like it was "leaning a different way."

"It's unfortunate that the game is rigged. Blame it on those Venezuelan voting machines," the article reads."

According to Billboard, the huge announcement took place on Jan. 29, 2e 023, last Sunday at the AFC Championship Game between the Kansas City Chiefs and Cincinnati Bengals during their fourth quarter. The highly-anticipated game was aired on CBS, the sole broadcaster of the Grammy Awards since 1973.

Styles was the latest artist and the biggest one yet to be included on the roster of this year's 2023 Grammy Awards performers. Kim Petras and Sam Smith were invited to perform following the nomination of their song "Unholy," in the Best Pop/Duo Group performance category - they are pressed to win the category following the smash hit.

Steve Lacy's "Bad Habits" will surely be one of the performances during the show, along with Lizzo's feel-good anthem, "About Damn Time" - both nominated for Song and Record of the Year.

Bad Bunny, Brandi Carlile, Mary J Blige, and Luke Combs were also slated to perform.

Meanwhile, there has been no update on whether Taylor Swift, Beyonce, and Kendrick Lamar will be attending and or performing during the highly-awaited show. Although Adele has debunked initial rumors of her absence, it has not yet been cleared if she will be performing.
