Jennifer Lopez's Bel-Air home is looking for new occupants after the singer changed her plans with Ben Affleck.

Before Lopez and Ben Affleck got married, the singer planned to keep her property in Bel-Air and renovate it instead. However, she seemed to have changed her mind and put the mansion up for sale.

The property near Hotel Bel-Air is currently on the market for a whopping $42.5 million. The "Shotgun Wedding" actress bought the home from Sela Ward for $28 million in 2016.

With the hefty price tag, Jennifer Lopez's net worth will soon see an increase once a buyer secures the deal.

A news outlet shared Jennifer Lopez's Bel-Air home pictures on its website, showing the amenities on its 8-acre land. Its main house is more than 12,000 square feet and has nine bedrooms and 13 bathrooms.

Some of its other features include an infinity pool, gym, guest house, 100-seat amphitheater, central air, and 30-seat screening room, to name a few.

After putting a hefty price tag on it, reports said Lopez and Affleck are staying in a rental until they find a place they can settle in for good.

Aside from Jennifer Lopez's Bel-Air home, she also has other properties in the Bronx, Miami, Los Angeles, and New York City.
