King Charles Coronation concert is coming up and they asked Ed Sheeran and Adele to play. The two musical legends, nevertheless, are not performing despite the royal invite.

Many in the UK, however, saw the Grammy Award-winning artists' performance as a serious insult to the newly crowned monarch, with a source speaking about the project saying that King Charles suggested a few people he would like to perform on May 8, with both the "Rolling in the Deep" diva and the "Thinking Out Loud" crooner on the list.
"He was quite excited that they were going to be a part of the show," the person stated.
"There is a team set up to sign up the talent, so they approached the two of them, but received answers indicating that they were unavailable, which was a huge disappointment."
"These are entertainment titans who are both distinctively British and well-known throughout the world; it's such a tragedy."
Ed Sheeran's crew claimed a gig he was scheduled to perform in Texas the night before as the reason he couldn't travel out to London in time for the coronation ceremony, according to the Mail on Sunday.
At the same time, Adele has nothing planned once her Las Vegas residency finishes on March 25.
Nonetheless, Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Harry Styles is still listed as a "maybe" for the coronation performance, while Lionel Richie and the Spice Girls may still appear.
There might be a significant reason why King Charles would want Adele and Ed Sheeran to perform during his coronation.
