A judge approved Billie Eilish's request for a temporary restraining order against a shirtless guy she spotted prowling outside her Los Angeles home.

In court documents acquired by TMZ, the judge ordered Raymond Black to maintain a minimum distance of 100 yards from Billie and her residence... and, more significantly, to stop all the harassments.

According to the agreements, Black must also avoid Billie's parents, Maggie and Patrick. The judge stated that the basis for the order was "a credible threat of violence or stalking."

As was initially reported, when Billie arrived home on Monday evening, she discovered Black shirtless outside her living room window when she turned on the lights. Even more frightening, Black was directly staring at Billie through the glass. In a state of complete panic, Billie dialed 911.

The police responded, scoured the area for Black, and apprehended him nearby. Billie claims she watched her home surveillance tape from earlier in the day, which purportedly showed Black going around her property, disrobing, and utilizing her outdoor shower.

In addition, Billie claims that Black loitered around her property while it was under construction last year and has turned up to her parents' residence in search of her.

The 21-year-old musician alleges in court documents acquired by The Blast that Mr. Black began stalking and harassing her in July 2022. Billie confesses in court records that this is not the first time she has experienced "stalking, harassment, and threats" owing to her prominence.

One may recall that she just obtained a five-year restraining order against a man who reportedly broke into her home last month.

Meanwhile, she was praised tremendously by Pink.

In a recent interview, P!nk, who has been extremely busy promoting her own new album this month, praised a number of fellow pop musicians, citing Olivia Rodrigo, Billie Eilish, and SZA as artists that are "changing the game." In a video posted by Z100 New York earlier this week, P!nk discussed how she has carved out her own musical niche and praised younger female music stars who are doing the same.

"I put my head down, I perfect my craft, I stay out of everybody else's lane and I stay in my line. And now I own that lane, that's my lane," P!nk said. "For other people: It's like, don't worry about if your song is going to fit into radio format - I guess for other singers," she added.
