Chris Brown has been under fire over the past few weeks after his issue with Robert Glasper amid this year's Grammy Awards. More recently, the musician has been involved in a new drama after fans called him out for doing a shocking thing on stage.

According to Page Six, a video is making rounds over TikTok showing the rapper asking a concertgoer to go up on stage while he performs the track "Take You Down."

When the unnamed woman was already on stage, she immediately reached for her phone to film the once-in-a-lifetime moment. Initially, Chris Brown gently took the phone away from her for the fan to enjoy the moment.

The 33-year-old artist proceeded to give her a sensual lap dance as it's always part of his show. However, the woman got ahold of her phone again and attempted to film the performance.

The singer didn't hold back and snatched the phone from the concertgoer and threw it into the audience. Following this, the fan appeared to be confused while signaling her hands in the air.

The outlet noted that the unnamed woman was able to get her phone back, but it's unclear if it's still in good condition as Brown threw it a little further from the stage.

As of this writing, the musician has yet to address the matter, but fans were divided over the incident as some of them found his actions disrespectful.

"I love CB that was wrong fr regardless you don't throw nobody phone! Could've just told her to get off the stage," one wrote, while another one suggests, "I hope she sues him big time. He should have had security just take her off stage if it was that much of an issue."

Some fans defended the singer, saying the woman was wrong for what she did.

"He gave her a nice calmly warning by taking her phone and putting it in her lap, but I guess that wasn't enough for her to get the point," one wrote.

The recent news comes a few weeks after Chris Brown was involved in a controversy after his shocking reaction to Robert Glasper beating him at the Grammys.

The musician was nominated for Best R&B Album, but the latter was the one who got the title, leading CB to react online. "BRO WHO THE F*** IS THIS?" he wrote while sharing a screenshot of Glasper.

Brown later apologized for his actions while congratulating him for his win.
