XXXTentacion's trial for the investigation of his murder started months ago. Based on new reports, the jury is now probing the data retrieved from the alleged XXXTentacion suspects' cellphones.

XXXTentacion, formally known as Jahseh Onfroy, was murdered last Jun. 18, 2018, as he was just leaving, Riva Motorsports, a Fort Lauderdale motorcycle dealership store. He was gunned down by two armed robbers who stole the $50,000 he was carrying in his Louis Vuitton bag.

XXXTentacion Trial Update

According to a report from Billboard, the jury investigating XXXTentacion's murder has just finished their fourth day of deliberating and reviewing the 1,200 text messages, videos, and photos from their cell phones.

What was found on their cell phones is somehow random. Hours before the XXXTentacion murder took place, both XXXTentacion suspects were "flashing fistfuls of $100" on the camera.

A screenshot of an article from a news website about the shooting that has taken place, several photos of their online shopping carts, dating app screenshots, and a random photo of ex-first Lady Melania Trump.

A video was also retrieved but not related to the case. It was a video of one of the suspects in a pedicab with an unknown woman and a Father's day greeting.

The outlet reports that the jurors requested the court to see the photos, videos, and text messages from the two suspects. More than a thousand messages were read by the jurors on a screen in front of the courtroom as they could not read them from the gallery.

XXXTentacion Suspects

Alleged XXXTentacion shooter Michael Boatwright and getaway driver Dedrick Williams are defending themselves in court.

Meanwhile, the jury did not even ask for the data from the phones of the other two suspects involved in the incident - Trayvon Newsome and Robert Allen. The latter pleaded guilty to second-degree murder. (via Complex)

Allen revealed to the court last year that they were just going to the motorcycle shop to buy Williams a mask, but they targeted the rapper after spotting him with his designer bag.

Should they be convicted, Newsome, Boatwright, and Williams will be charged with first-degree murder and armed robbery and will be facing mandatory life sentences.

Death penalty for the XXXTentacion murder suspects has been ruled out by the prosecution.
