Flo Rida's ex recently accused him of neglecting to fulfill his court-mandated parental responsibilities.

Alexis Adams, the mother of his six-year-old son, Zohar Dillard, told the Daily Mail in a shocking interview about the "Low" rapper's inability to pay hospital bills and medical insurance necessary for their kid's treatment.

On March 4, Zohar, who suffers from hydrocephalus, fell from the fifth-floor window of the New Jersey City condominium he lives with his mother.

Alexis filed a complaint against the state's building management earlier this week for a failure in building safety standards.

Zohar had a fractured pelvis and metatarsal fractures, as well as a lacerated liver, internal hemorrhage, and collapsed lungs.

Meanwhile, this isn't the first time Flo Rida, actual name Tramar Dillard, has been accused of failing to pay child support.

Flo Rida Accusations

Alexis alleges Flo Rida has been quite cold with their kid, revealing the harsh side of the legal difficulties.

The rapper was allegedly only spotted with his son during the paternity test, but he wore sunglasses and turned his back.

"They were in the same room. He didn't try to hug Zohar, nothing. It was very cold."

When Alexis was pregnant, Flo Rida allegedly referred to the child as "an evil f-king child" and even forced her to terminate the child.

She ultimately overcame her opposition and gave birth to their son in front of her relatives.

Alexis also claimed that Flo Rida did the same thing with Natasha Georgette Williams, a model who sued him for child support in 2013.

Alexis also took the rapper to court in 2017 for child support, which the "Can't Believe It" singer was ordered to pay.

However, he has been a persistent defaulter since 2020, informing Insider that he has not paid child support for their son's schooling or health insurance.

According to court records acquired by the site, Flo Rida was ordered by a Bronx County Family Court to pay Alexis $9,000 per month in child support, as well as the complete cost of Zohar's schooling and health insurance.

In an affidavit filed in August 2021, Alexis stated that she had demanded that her ex explain the absence of payment and that she had spent thousands of dollars on legal counsel, requesting that he explain or be placed in contempt of court.

The rapper and Alexis have even received emails from Zohar's school demanding that they pay the tuition fee.
