Kaya Jones, popularly known for being one of the Pussycat Doll's members back in the day, recently claimed in an interview that she was forced to make a very hard decision in order to continue her career path as a performer.

The musician recently spoke to Fox Nation's "Tucker Carlson Today" where she alleged that someone "forced" her to get an abortion if she didn't want to leave the famous girl group.

In the shocking interview, the singer further explained that she was told to "get rid" of the baby. Regarding the person who asked her to do it, she only responded with, "the powers that be."

Why Did Kaya Jones Get an Abortion?

Elsewhere in the conversation, Kaya Jones revealed the main reason why she pushed through with the abortion, saying she was at the "height" of her music career and wanted to go along her path by not losing her job.

In addition, the singer also noted that if other members of the group were to get pregnant, they would be removed from the lineup, that's why she had an abortion "in between rehearsals." (via Page Six)

After allegedly getting rid of the baby, Jones noted she performed with her co-members at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Things didn't turn out great as she was "hemorrhaging" at the time. It was also the same moment when she was being told how "fat" she was.

Although other former members did not confirm whether her claims are true, the musician said the majority of her bandmates do not have kids of their own, alluding that they might have been forced to have an abortion, too.

As of this writing, none of the Pussycat Dolls' former members like Nicole Scherzinger, as well as representatives, have yet to address the matter.

Page Six also reached out to famous choreographer Robin Antin, who founded the group in the early 2000s, but she did not release any statement.

Not The First Time Kaya Jones Spoke Out About the Pussycat Dolls

This isn't the first time Kaya Jones claimed negative things that are not known to the public about the Pussycat Dolls.

In a previous series of tweets, the singer alleged that she was not in a girl group, but rather a "prostitution ring." In addition, she also claimed that even though they were singers and performers, everyone who "owned" them was the one who made money.

"My truth.I wasn't in a girl group. I was in a prostitution ring.Oh & we happened to sing & be famous. While everyone who owned us made the $," she wrote.
