Adrenaline raced through the veins of fans as they watched Katy Perry perform at King Charles III's coronation concert.

The "I Kissed A Girl" singer joined legendary crooner Lionel Richie, Tom Cruise, and other celebrities for the star-studded Coronation Concert.

At the Coronation concert, eight-year-old Princess Charlotte, daughter of Prince William and Princess Kate, was seen joyfully singing along to Katy Perry's "Roar."

United by a love of Katy Perry, mother and daughter duo Kate, and Charlotte enthusiastically waved a Union Jack at the concertwhen Katy belted out, "Louder than a lion 'cause I am a champion."

The moment was captured on video and shared on Twitter, where admirers praised the precious scene and commended Katy's performance.

The viral moment provoked an outpouring of joy on social media.

A tweet declared, "That is freaking cute," while another commented they could hear her sweet voice and followed up with "#princesscharlotte."

Another person mentioned how at least the princess seemed to enjoy herself, while the fourth stated, "That was the cutest moment."

Performing her classic tune"Fireworks" at the King's Coronation concert, the 38-year-old graced the stage with an incredible set. Twenty thousand people were in attendance to witness the new King and Queen being celebrated, and her hit songs.

In the song, a line says, "You just gotta ignite the light / And let it shine / Just own the night / Like the Fourth of July."

However, in commemorating the Fourth of July, a special day that symbolizes American freedom from British rule in 1776, some fans were surprised to find a lyric in the song with an uncomfortable connection to the new British monarch.

Twitter users expressed their opinions on the implications of the mom-of-one singing a 4th of July-themed song to King Charles III.

A user tweeted, "Katy Perry singing about 4th July to the British King is surely an arrestable offense."

Another post asked, "Katy Perry reminding to 'own the night like the 4th of July'... Um, is that awkward?"

However, despite a minor misstep, Katy Perry managed to impress everyone in attendance.
