Several months after Lisa Marie Presley's sudden and tragic death, the feud brewing between her daughter, Riley Keough, and mother, Priscilla Presley, has finally ended.

According to reports, the two have finally reached a settlement in their dispute over Lisa Marie's trust.

"They have reached a settlement. Families are happy," announced Priscilla's attorney, Ronson Shmoun. "Everyone is happy. Unified and together and excited for the future."

The agreement was done outside of court, but both their legal representatives declare their intention to file a motion to seal the settlement agreement.

Over on the actress' side, her lawyer, Justin Gold, echoed the same sentiments, adding "[Riley] would not have agreed to the settlement if she was not happy with it."

Lisa Marie's Trust

The feud began a couple of months back when the family was notified that Lisa Marie's trust was left to Keough, as per the former's will; the validity of the amendment of the trust was then questioned by the Presley family matriarch.

According to People magazine, Priscilla contested the validity of the amendment four days after Lisa Marie's death.

The amendment allegedly happened in 2016, and the change removed Priscilla and Lisa Marie's former business manager Barry Siegel and instead left the trust to the "Daisy Jones & The Six" star and her brother Benjamin.

"Priscilla doesn't want Riley solely in charge, because then she has no say," revealed a source close to the family. "Meanwhile, Riley doesn't want Priscilla to butt in."

'Stronger'

No one is certain exactly what made both parties agree upon, however, Priscilla did share her thoughts on the settlement.

"My family has resolved all confusion as it relates to our plea to the court and request for document interpretation after my daughter Lisa Marie's untimely passing," announced the Presley family matriarch.

"Although some media identified such a plea as a lawsuit, I want to make clear that there was never any lawsuit filed against my beloved granddaughter."

"[...] We love and appreciate all of you and the Presley family is stronger than ever."

According to reports, the next hearing and motion for approval is slated for Aug. 4.

Lisa Marie died earlier this year at the age of 54. She was laid to rest in Graceland in Memphis, the home Elvis Presley bought for his family.
