Disturbed frontman David Draiman revealed his concerning health issue on a social media post.

Draiman disclosed to his fans through an Instagram post that he underwent a procedure to remove a tumor from his right arm. He shared a similar update on his Twitter page.

Draiman posted the update Tuesday as he informed his fans that he is awaiting the results of a biopsy performed on the tumor. He also uploaded a photo of himself showing his heavily-bandaged arm.

"Doing a bunch of press today, zoom stuff, so this is going to get out anyway. I had a tumor removed from my rt radius last week," he wrote. "It had been keeping me up nights. Should have biopsy results tomorrow. Thoughts, prayers, positive energy all welcome. @disturbed #areasontofight."

While the biopsy will determine whether it is benign or malignant, Consequence of Sound cited medical websites that explain how most tumors in a person's radius are mostly benign while a small percentage is only malignant.

Draiman is focusing on his health following the release of Disturbed's latest album, "Divisive," in November. The band recorded the LP with Drew Fulk in Nashville, Tennessee, and it has since sold over 26,000 equivalent album units in the first week of release alone. It also debuted at No. 13 on the Billboard 200.

David Draiman Deals With Health, Personal Issues

His current health battle came after Disturbed held its concert in Milwaukee during which the frontman opened up about his addiction and mental health struggles.

He told the concertgoers that he grew tired of losing people he loved to depression and addiction, expressing how much he misses Chester Bennington, Chris Cornell, and Scott Weiland.

Draiman worried fans as he revealed that he almost joined his late friends months before the show.

The Linkin Park frontman was found dead at his Palos Verdes Estates, California home on July 20, 2017, after a suicide by hanging. Two months before his death, Cornell also passed away one hour after Soundgarden's concert at the Fox Theatre.

Meanwhile, Weiland - Stone Temple Pilots frontman - died of an accidental overdose of cocaine, alcohol, and methylenedioxyamphetamine (MDA) on Dec. 4, 2015.

Amid Draiman's struggles, he is set to return with Disturbed on the band's European tour leg, which will start on June 7. The group will then begin its US summer tour in Denver on July 11.
