Michael Grimm, the winner of "America's Got Talent" season 5, made headlines last month after he was reportedly hospitalized and spent some time in the ICU. Today, his wife is finally speaking out again to give fans an update regarding his current condition.

According to Billboard, the musician's partner, Lucie Zolcerva-Grimm, took to the singer's official Instagram account to share a video detailing about her husband's health lately and fortunately, it was on a positive note.

The wife began by sharing the good news, revealing that the talent show winner's speaking voice is "completely back," meaning his speech therapy was a success.

However, his singing voice has not come back yet, but she clarified that her husband is "not stressed over it."

Michael Grimm Determined to Sing Again

Grimm is in good spirits as his partner also noted that he's determined to "get back on track" when it comes to singing and performing as long as he undergoes proper vocal exercises.

In other updates regarding the improvement of his mobility, Zolcerva-Grimm added: "He is walking on his own and that's a huge thing for us, getting that leg strength back, getting his coordination and his equilibrium back, those were all massive things."

As of this writing, the "AGT" winner has yet to address his fans on his own through social media. The recent update came before a benefit concert in Las Vegas which aimed to raise funds for his medical bills. The show was titled "The Benefit of Love" and it was held at Veil Pavilion at the Silverton Casino.

Michael Grimm Hospitalized After Mystery Illness

The latest update comes over a month after Michael Grimm was sent to the hospital due to a mysterious illness.

In a previous post on social media, Zolcerva-Grimm asked her husband's friends and supporters for their support as the musician was hospitalized and was unconscious at the time.

"For those of you who have been out to see Michael in the last couple of months, you may have noticed that he was struggling with his health a lot, lacking energy and not being able to fulfill shows," she said. (via WLOX)
