Speculation has been building ahead of the release of Britney Spears' tell-all memoir, "The Woman in Me."

With its imminent publication, many TV outlets, including CBS's renowned "60 Minutes" show, have expressed their desire to interview the pop star. All that remains is for her book to speak for itself.

Page Six has reported that Britney Spears' team is not allowing her to do sit-down interviews.

Sources speculate this could be due to the star's unusual Instagram posts, though another source close to Spears maintains the decision lies with her solely.

They declared, "It's her decision - let her be free. It's all on her!"

The individual continued, "There have been proposals, but Britney simply does not want to take them on."

In 2021, a documentary called "Framing Britney Spears" by the New York Times sought to shed light on how the media has depicted and covered the Pop Princess in recent years.

Sources close to her made it clear that she has no desire for interviews as her mental health, sexuality, parenting skills, and body image have been continuously scrutinized.

According to one source, "They have not been fair to Britney."

Reportedly, Britney Spears' upcoming book is a no-holds-barred kind of tell-all.

According to Page Six, a source revealed that "no topic was off limits" in the book. But on Monday, Spears indicated that she might have kept something back.
