Netizens Bash Selena Gomez Following Recent TikTok Video For THIS Reason: 'She Seems So Desperate!'

Selena Gomez is in her single era, and she cannot help but flaunt it for all the world to see-except, they don't.

The Rare Beauty founder was bashed online for sharing a TikTok video about being single.

"Guess who has a boyfriend? Not me, b***h. Y'all be safe out there," the video's audio says, with Gomez lip-synching to the words.

The video comes weeks after the release of her first single since 2022, "Single Soon," but it seems like netizens are tired of the gimmick because many took to the comments to express their annoyance.

"Selena becoming those millennials who made being single their entire personality," one wrote.

"We get it OMG," another added.

"Oh we know, we get reminded every ten hours."

Selena Gomez Annoys Netizens

This is not the first time Gomez has been bashed and made fun of online. She recently took to Instagram to express her frustration with the internet following her appearance at the MTV Video Music Awards.

"I will never be a meme again," she wrote on her Instagram Story. "I'd rather sit still than be dragged for being myself. Much love."

However, evidently, the singer did not sit still because she continued to post about being single-which is perhaps just her way of promoting her new song.

While the issue revolving Gomez and Justin Bieber has long since been put to rest, netizens cannot help but bring it up over and over again during times when the singer posts about being single.
