Lostprophets singer Ian Watkins' situation has gotten even worse. The singer has allegedly been put on suicide watch at Parc Prison in Wales. Watkins was arrested back in December of 2012 in the U.K. on charges of sexually touching young children, conspiracy to rape a one-year-old child, possession and distribution of indecent images of children, and possession of "extreme animal pornography." Watkins is reportedly facing as many as 24 charges along with two female co-conspirators. The singer has now allegedly been put on suicide watch.

According to NME, Watkins has denied these charges and is expected to face trial in November. The Independent reports that Watkins appeared at a pre-trial hearing on August 12 via video while his barrister Sally O'Neill told the court that a psychologist recommended that Watkins be transferred to a psychiatric hospital and receive anti-psychotic medication.

"He has been seen by a clinical psychologist and she believes he should be receiving anti-psychotic medication," O'Neill told the court. "She wants him to be taken to a secure hospital for assessment and treatment. He is on suicide watch five times an hour."

Of the two female co-conspirators who appeared in the pre-trial court meeting, one has denied all charges against her while the other has admitted to sexually touching a child and distributing images of the incident, according to The Independent. The three will reportedly remain in custody at least until the next court hearing on October 14.

Back in March, Watkins issued a statement denying the charges. "Mr Watkins furiously denies all of the charges and allegations made," a statement said from solicitor Sarah Williams-Martin. "He intends to fight to the bitter end to clear his name. He wishes to thank the fans, family and friends for the constant love and support they have given and continue to give throughout this testing time."
