Drake is currently on a series of concerts along with fellow rapper 21 Savage. Many fans would expect him to know all the lyrics of his songs as he was the one who wrote most of them, but the rapper is recently catching heat on social media for forgetting so.

One fan took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to share their thoughts about the "For All The Dogs" hitmaker forgetting the words to his tracks during his show in Atlanta.

"Baby the ladies on tik tok saying drake couldn't remember the words to half his songs in Atlanta. He tried to give them an encore and she said the crowd groaned," the fan wrote.

One fan chimed in and noted that the similar thing happened during the rapper's show in Dallas, as they noted that he "kept stopping for like 10 min monologues" and their section was muttering. In the end the fan said: "I was really disappointed."

This was not the first time the rapper was called out for his repeated habit as one fan also took to TikTok to share a video with the text: "just waiting for Drake to sing at least one of his songs how he actually recorded them so I can sing along..." (via Page Six)

Fans Disappointed Over Drake Forgetting His Lyrics

Fans took to the comment section and one of them claimed they left early for the same reason.

Another user claimed at the time that they already sold their ticket for $400 despite buying it at a lower price as they already watched several videos on the internet regarding this matter.

One user noted that their boyfriend was hyped to see the rapper perform live but when they went to watch him, they got disappointed and decided to leave early.

Drake Pays Tribute to Takeoff During Atlanta Show

In other reports about Drake's concert, the rapper recently performed in Atlanta, Georgia, where he made a big move for his good pal, Takeoff, who passed away nearly a year ago after a shooting incident in Texas.

During one moment at his "It's All A Blur" Tour, he told the crowd that when he arrived in Atlanta for the first time, he "hopped on the remix" to the track titled "Verasce," which was a song of his and the late musician.

He further noted that since he was back in the city, he wanted to take the opportunity and say "rest in peace to my brother Takeoff." (via NME)
