Kim Kardashian was once given the chance to realize a wish from her youth and become a Spice Girl.

Kardashian, 42, recalled that Spice Girls member Melanie Chisholm (also known as Mel C) had requested her to take Victoria Beckham's place on tour while recalling how she previously acted as the fashionista's Posh Spice for a talent competition.

"They questioned me about playing her part. In the latest episode of The Kardashians, which debuted on Thursday, October 19, Kim said, ""They asked me if I would be her part. Mel C asked me."

Kim claims that her daughter North, 10, didn't want her to pass up the chance to join the storied girl group.

"Can you imagine? North is like, 'Do it, mom!'" Kim added.

In a confessional, Kim expanded on Mel C's offer, saying, "Sporty Spice wrote a book and she signed it inside and she sent it to me. It said they were going on tour and they needed a Posh and would I be the Posh? I am sure she was joking but when I was in high school would I ever have thought that this was like a thing? I am just a girl from high school who loves the Spice Girls and now they are asking me?"

In her September 2022 memoir, The Sporty One: My Life as a Spice Girl, Mel C, 49, talked openly about her experience becoming famous as a member of the Spice Girls. Three years after she and her fellow Spice Girls-Geri Halliwell (Ginger Spice), Melanie Brown (Scary Spice), and Emma Bunton (Baby Spice)-reunited for a summer 2019 U.K. tour, the book was published. Beckham, who is 49 and runs her own fashion company, opted out owing to her hectic schedule. She posted a heartfelt message on Instagram for her comrades before their debut performance in May 2019.

Wishing the girls well as they begin their tour today! She captioned a photo of the band's legendary 1997 Brit Awards performance with the words "x VB." The fact that the band hasn't performed together since their 2019 tour suggests that Mel C may have hinted at a potential future reunion in the letter she penned to Kim in her book.

Not to mention that the group will mark its 30th anniversary in 2024. Victoria, on the other hand, sparked reunion rumors earlier this year via TikTok by belting out "Say You'll Be There" with her husband, David Beckham, at a karaoke party. "In Miami, we're warming up the vocals! In the July video, she hinted that there will be more to come.
