Fans of the highly-popular girl group Spice Girls have been waiting for a reunion for quite some time already. With the 30th Anniversary of their inception in 2023, fans were adamant about a reunion.

Speculation arose earlier this year when it was rumored that the iconic girl group will be performing at Glastonbury 2023. However, it did not materialize. Now, Geri Horner, aka Ginger Spice teases something else for their loyal fans!

Spice Girls Reunion in Glastonbury 2024?

Speaking to The Sunday Times, Horner debunks the ongoing rumors and speculation of a Spice Girl reunion at Glastonbury 2024. According to her, the girls do not have plans to appear at the annual music festival in the United Kingdom.

However, fans shouldn't be sad at all as they have other things in store.

Per Horner, a Spice Girls reunion is imminent as "at some point, there will be something" to mark their 30th anniversary.

Whether it would be a reunion tour as many have hoped for, a surprise song, or even a limited-edition deluxe reissue, fans are ready to take it.

Aside from the aforementioned, Horner was mum on the additional details.

However, a The Sun insider alleged that Horner, Bunton, Mel C, and even Mel B have "provisionally agreed" to a Spice Girls reunion tour, scheduled for 2024.

They even claimed that Victoria Beckham, who multiple times has dismissed the idea of rejoining for a tour, was said to have been getting involved this time around as she has been "bringing ideas to the table."

Spice Girls Reunion Documentary

The Sun insider also revealed that there might also be a Spice Girls reunion documentary in the works which would feature never-before-seen footage.

"Victoria will be 50 next year, and the girls turning 30 seems like two anniversaries too good to miss," the source elaborated. "The girls have discussed a documentary which would show never-before-seen, behind-the-scenes footage plus present-day interviews. All five are on board to mark 30 years in some way, shape or form. It's very exciting."

Formed in 1994, the group's iconic "Wannabe" peaked at No. 1 in 37 countries worldwide in 1996. Notably, Horner quit in 1998 which prompted the band to take on a hiatus in 2000. The girls went on to pursue individual careers.

In 2007, they reunited briefly for a London O2 gig which sold out for two minutes. They also reunited to close the 2012 London Olympics.
