New details have emerged about the gun found on Jeezy's tour bus that landed him in jail.

According to TMZ, the military style AK-47 is legally registered to Jeezy's security chief, who was absent at the time of the raid.

Reports indicate the gun's rightful owner was missing when police searched Jeezy's bus because he was shot in the arm at 1 Oak nightclub the night before. The man was reportedly caught in the crossfire at the same pre-VMA party where Suge Knight got shot 6 times.

Now that this information has surfaced, serious questions have been raised about the Seen It All rapper's arrest.

Law enforcement sources say the AK-47 wasn't found anywhere near Jeezy and was "in a closed case in an area associated with someone other than Jeezy."

The rapper was allegedly in an entirely separate part of the bus during the raid and no weapons were found around him. Official reports related to the arrest indicate the arresting officers were repeatedly told the registered owner of the weapon was the tour security chief, and that he was hospitalized.

As previously reported, Jeezy has pleaded not guilty to the weapons charges.

The rapper and five members of his entourage were recently arrested in relation to a shooting that occurred backstage at a Wiz Khalifa concert on Aug. 24. After a 38-year-old man was killed, cops searched Jeezy's tour bus and found an AK-47, which stemmed illegal gun charges for the rapper and his friends.

His bail was set for $1 million.
