Tom Jones set the record straight after his return to "The Voice" this month.

The legendary crooner met "The Voice" coaches Anne-Marie, Olly Murs and Will.i.am again on November 4 when he returned to the singing competition "in good shape." The viewers were left concerned upon seeing him and a brown mark on his face, urging him to get it checked.

What Happened to Tom Jones?

On X, fans expressed their concerns after seeing the spot. Over a week later, Jones shared an update by posting a video of himself performing alongside a "The Voice" contestant. Per the singer, it felt "great" that he was able to share a stage with Stan.

Before his appearance, he assured everyone that he would stay in good shape even now that he is 83.

Jones has dealt with numerous health rumors over the past few months, as well as a death hoax after musician Tom Jones - "The Fantasticks" creator and famed lyricist - died.

"I work out, I walk, I used to run, but I can't run like I used to," he said. "You've got to keep active and the older you get the easier it is to get lazy!"

Tom Jones' Health Issues

Before his Greenwich Summer Sounds performance, Jones was spotted using a cane while on his American tour. Per The Mirror, he used it for support at times following his second hip replacement surgery.

He had his hips replaced in 2017 and 2002 to fix the problem, as he was reportedly struggling to stand for long hours.

In December 2022, the "Delilah" hitmaker addressed the health concerns following his "collapse" in Budapest before his tour concert. He revealed that he did not actually collapse.

"I travelled last night from the UK to Budapest and woke up this morning with an uncomfortable throat. A specialist came to visit and diagnosed 'viral laryngitis," he went on. "He strongly advised postponing this evening's show and prescribed medication and vocal rest."

Jones has decades worth of a career, starting in 1963 when he served as the frontman of Tommy Scott and the Senators. Years later, he marked his first performance in Las Vegas before debuting as an actor and performer in the years thereafter.
