Star quarterback Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs is concentrating on his game as he and his team get ready for Sunday's matchup against the New England Patriots, while Taylor Swift celebrates her 34th birthday.

When news broke that Kelce was organizing an enormous birthday celebration for the "Anti-Hero" singer in New York City, speculation about how the 34-year-old pair would celebrate Swift's birthday on Wednesday started to circulate.

Nonetheless, PEOPLE has confirmed that the NFL player will be in Kansas City on Wednesday for required practice sessions.

Swift and Kelce, whose commitment to their respective careers has been highlighted by close sources, were together as she celebrated her birthday early on Sunday at a holiday party in Kansas City with pals.

Even though the Chiefs lost to the Bills that day, the two seemed happy when they later joined the squad and pals for a celebration at a Christmas pop-up bar in Kansas City.

Throughout the evening, the couple was seen smiling with partygoers and sharing tender kisses in group shots. Last month, a source described the NFL player to PEOPLE as "a gentleman."

According to the source, despite his scorching hot romance with Swift, his career remains his main priority. This is in no way an insult to Swift, because she totally understands.

His relationship with his family is excellent. His outlook on life and enthusiasm are truly remarkable. Everything feels really unique, the source even said.

The NFL player has demonstrated his unwavering dedication to supporting Kansas City in its Super Bowl title defense. Additionally, Swift is a huge fan of her partner's hard work ethic.

Swift was quick to applaud her man's historic achievement when Kelce broke the record last month by being the fastest tight end in NFL history to surpass 11,000 receiving yards. She liked an Instagram post from the Chiefs commemorating the milestone.

Last month, during the South American leg of the singer's successful tour, the NFL tight end traveled to support her. At one of her gigs in Buenos Aires, Argentina, the couple surprised audiences with a passionate encounter.

Taylor Swift is happy on her birthday though and that is what matters.

"Can't believe this year... actually... happened? Thank you for all your beautiful birthday wishes yesterday," the "Enchanted" singer captioned a series of photos from her birthday party, smiling alongside Blake Lively, Zoë Kravitz, HAIM, Gigi Hadid, Antoni Porowski, Sabrina Carpenter, Jack Antonoff and many more others.
