6ix9ine has shared a video of him being threatened by his girlfriend Yailin La Más Viral with a knife after she previously accused him of domestic assault.

The rapper's girlfriend, a rapper and singer from the Dominican Republic, had earlier posted images online of herself sporting bruises, which she claimed were caused by 6ix9ine.

6ix9ine denied the allegations in a lengthy video posted to Instagram on Thursday (December 14), in which he spoke in Spanish.

"Yailin is not well, she needs help," the Brooklyn native said. "Yailin was loved, she was cared for. I'm on probation, I would never lay my hands on a woman.

"I'm not here to create gossip, I'm here to clear my name and ask that this matter be dealt with responsibly."

6ix9ine also posted a clip of Yailin confronting him with a knife and also released other videos of her attacking him and damaging his car.

The "GUMMO" rapper also claimed he trying to protect his partner and wanted the matter kept private.

"What Yailin needed was love and protection," he said. "Instead of using Yailin for your podcast, and your way of sound man you had to analyze that Yailin is a person who is going through postpartum IS NOT USE FOR YOUR YouTube channel.

6ix9ine, who now lives in the Dominican Republic, has been accused of violence towards women on multiple previous occasions.

He previously accepted a plea bargain after being involved in sexual performance with a 13-year-old girl when filming a music video. He denied knowing the girl was underage.
