Boy George recently got candid about his body image and admitted that he takes a certain drug in order to lose weight; find out about his confession below.

According to Page Six, "The Voice Australia" coach published his new autobiography titled "Karma" which he detailed some of his most personal moments in life, including the way he takes drugs for diabetes.

Initially, the singer said he took Ozempic, a drug often used for people with Type 2 diabetes, but he later switched to Mounjaro, which is another medication for the said disease.

The reason why Boy George is taking the drugs mentioned above is because he wants to maintain his figure after undergoing a tummy tuck surgery, which is a cosmetic procedure to improve the shape and appearance of a person's abdomen.

Since the singer couldn't control his desire to eat, he later got it controlled thanks to the medication he used.

"Well, I'm on Mounjaro. Isn't everyone?... Trust me anyone who was fat last year and is now skinny is on the wonder drug," he revealed.

Boy George Got a Tummy Tuck

He later detailed in his book the cosmetic procedures he underwent to achieve his body, saying one operation was the most painful thing he had ever done.

"I had a tummy tuck not long after, which was the most painful thing I've ever done because I went on tour straight after with Cyndi Lauper with the blood bag attached," he recalled.

In addition to the tummy tuck, he also had three hair transplants from 2015 to 2018, two of which were done in Ireland while the other one was in Los Angeles, California.

It appeared that all of the procedures paid off as Boy George is contented with his physical appearance, as he added, "I think I've grown into myself. It might seem weird to say I feel sexier but I actually do. I used to joke over the years, 'Sexy at 60.' That was my ambition."
