After being acquitted of Trayvon Martin's killing last year you would think that George Zimmerman would choose to lay low and steer clear of trouble, wouldn't you? Instead every few months he seems to grab headlines for yet another incident of some kind. This past Friday in Lake Mary, Florida 35-year old Matthew Apperson became the latest to notify police of a run in with Zimmerman.

This time around Zimmerman is being accused of threatening to shoot Apperson during an episode of road rage that began when Zimmerman allegedly pulled his truck up alongside of Apperson's car and asked him why he was shaking his finger at him. Apperson claims to have been driving in the busy suburb with his windows rolled up until Zimmerman approached him. After realizing that he didn't have his cell phone with him Apperson drove to a gas station and Zimmerman and his passenger allegedly followed to make more verbal threats.

When Apperson finally managed to get a call out to 911 he told the dispatcher,

"George Zimmerman was the driver and they were threatening to kick my ass and to shoot me. He almost hit my car and he said he would shoot me then. Both of them were threatening to shoot me and kill me."

Apperson apparently decided not to press charges because he was told that without another witness or clear video this would be a tough case to prove in court. Apperson claims not to have seen a weapon in Zimmerman's truck when the threats were made and ironically enough, he himself was actually armed at the time of the incident but was wise enough to contact police before taking any other action.

If it really was George Zimmerman behind the wheel of that truck then it's just one more instance of threatening behavior and total disregard for law and order. Do you think that eventually he'll end up behind bars for something or will Zimmerman finally get himself together once and for all?
