Fans have been waiting for Alabama members to get together on stage again. At first, many supporters thought the group wouldn't be able to perform on stage again after some of its members suffered from different medical conditions. However, they're returning strong this 2024 as they announced their tour; check out the details below.
According to Taste of Country, group members faced health setbacks over the past years and had logistics problems, which ultimately hindered them from going on tour. However, they just announced their concert series for this year.
Billed as the 2024 Roll On II North American Tour, the group will reprise their 2023 tour. The title was also derived from their hit song "Roll On (Eighteen Wheeler)," which was popular in 1984.
"I look forward to singing 'Mountain Music,' 'Tennessee River,' 'Feels So Right' and so many more," member Randy Owen said in a statement.

Alabama will not be alone on tour as they will be accompanied by their supporting acts Diamond Rio, Jamey Johnson, the Marshall Tucker Band, Lee Greenwood, and the Bellamy Brothers on select dates.

The recent news comes after Owen spoke about his health in 2023, saying he had his tests, and everything came back "really good," so he was ready to go.
