Jennifer Lopez experienced a slight setback in her Instagram following.

Within just one month, the "Jenny From The Block" singer saw a decline of 39,000 followers. This data was uncovered through an examination conducted by the entertainment platform CSGOLuck (via Mirror UK), utilizing Social Blade to track the fluctuations in the celebrity's follower count.

Jennifer Lopez's Instagram followers has reportedly decreased by 39,090 in the last month. The drop in followers coincides with the singer's decision to cancel seven shows on her highly anticipated THIS IS ME... NOW tour, allegedly due to poor ticket sales.

While sources suggest that logistical complications with the tour's promoter for the final leg of the tour led to the abrupt cancellations, JLo's social media presence seems to have taken a hit as a result.

"Jennifer Lopez is undeniably one of our generation's most iconic and influential pop stars... Planning and executing a successful tour involves a multitude of factors. This tour marks J.Lo's first since 2019, making the cancellation of certain dates undoubtedly disappointing for fans in those cities," CSGOLuck stated to the outlet.

Canceled Jennifer Lopez Shows

Jennifer Lopez has unfortunately canceled seven dates on her highly anticipated North American tour, marking her return to the stage after five years. Ticketmaster indicated that the scheduled performances in Cleveland, Nashville, Raleigh, Atlanta, Tampa, New Orleans, and Houston from August 20 to 31, 2024 had been canceled.

Interestingly, the Cleveland and Houston shows had disappeared from the tour schedule even earlier, having been part of the initial itinerary announced on February 15, but are now absent from the website. However, additional tour stops have been announced in New York, Miami, and Toronto, cities known for their robust ticket sales.

Despite the tour's full schedule of 30 shows, a significant number of tickets for most of the tour dates are still available for purchase, as evidenced by the seating charts on Ticketmaster.com.

The imminent tour that JLo is embarking on aims to promote her most recent album, This Is Me... Now. It's her ninth studio album, and this release was accompanied by films: a musical piece called This Is Me... Now: A Love Story and a documentary titled The Greatest Love Story Never Told. Both films debuted on Amazon Prime in February.

The cancelations came after the Maid In Manhattan actress's album failed to impact the charts. It debuted at a disappointing No. 38 on the Billboard 200 during its release month.
